GameDrome is very pleased with your interest in our services and products and your visit to our site. GameDrome has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to secure and trustworthy Internet commerce and the individual's right to privacy. By visiting Gamedrome, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice. 

• Registration
  When you register, GameDrome asks for your email address, a user selected user name, and other information. Once you are a registered user you can update your profile and may be able to provide additional preferential information (e.g. full name, age, and certain user preferences).
  
  
• The use of log files ("Cookies")
  A "cookie" is a small line of text that is stored with your Web browser for record-keeping purposes and to help us provide better service to you. There is an additional "Save login" option. By selecting it, you allow GameDrome to store your Member ID (email) and password (encrypted) on your machine so you can access certain areas of the website without re-signing in. Your browser has options to accept, reject, or provide you with notice when a cookie is sent. If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still visit the GameDrome website; however, you will not have access to areas that require personal identification.
  No information, other than that found in the User cookie, will be accessed by any GameDrome system. Access to your membership information always requires both your Member ID and Password.
  
  
• IP Address
  All communication on the internet takes place between pairs of IP addresses. Our Web servers will log the IP address that any connection is made from. We may use these IP addresses to help diagnose technical problems or prevent abuse of our systems or other site users.
  
  
• Updating Your Personal Information
  You may review, correct, update or change your GameDrome account profile information at any time. Simply log into your GameDrome account, go to your account settings (administration), review your account information and, if you wish, edit it with the options provided. You can select one or more ‘public’ boxes in your personal info to specify and show the selected items completely to the public. If you don’t select one of these boxes your personal information will only be viewable for your own clan members. Your personal information is password-protected, and you should take appropriate measures to protect the secrecy of your password. If you use a computer in a public place or share a computer with others, remember to sign out and close your browser window when you finish a session with GameDrome in order to prevent others from accessing your personal information.
  
  
• Public Forums Reminder
  Information posted in chat rooms, user reviews, multi-player games, bulletin board, or other public functions are available to the general public. Please use caution when posting any such information.
  Although we value individual ideas and encourage free expression, GameDrome reserves the right, but is not obligated to, to take necessary action to preserve the forum's integrity, such as removing any posting that is vulgar or inappropriate.
  
  
• Third-Party Sites
  GameDrome may contain links to other sites. GameDrome assumes no responsibility for the content or the privacy policies, practices and collected viruses of such websites. GameDrome encourages you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites; their privacy practices may differ from ours.
  
  
• Special Contests or Promotions
  GameDrome may occasionally present a special contest or promotion that is sponsored by another company. To qualify for entry in that contest or promotion, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share that information with the sponsor(s) or with others, we will provide a statement to that effect in the contest or promotion terms.

  GameDrome has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. These include a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to our systems and maintenance of registration information in a separate database. Although we will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.
   
• Advertising
  GameDrome doesn't run or allow any advertising campaigns like banners, popup's on our website. Advertising on our website is reserved for our sponsors, including usage of a logo and name of our sponsor on pages/news articles of their sponsored competition, nothing more. Advertising on our website by our users/visitors (forums/personal info or otherwise) is not allowed and will be removed.
  
  
• Notification of Changes
  We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time by posting the changes on this page. Please check the revision date at the bottom of this page to determine if the statement has been modified since you last reviewed it. Your continued use of any portion of the GameDrome Website following posting of the updated Privacy Statement will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
